Whose fault is it that I'm not married yet?

I have seen a lot of blog and forum posts on marriage lately that appear discouraging to single young women, so I wanted to share a few thoughts . . .

It seems that a lot of folks have an idea that if a girl’s over 18 and not married yet, it’s her fault. What I’ve been noticing is a bunch of people saying that girls who aren’t married are A) too picky or B) not trying hard enough to meet “eligible young men.” Although likely true in some circumstances, I don’t believe it to be the norm.

It saddens me to hear so many negative comments regarding why young women are still single. Being single is not an evil!

Young women who state that they are enjoying their singledom and not actively seeking a husband are told that they’re simply not trying hard enough to meet young men.

Enjoying singledom does not mean that we don’t desire to be married. Trust me, sometimes a girl can go out seven days a week, meeting new people, visiting friends, and still not meet anyone marriageable, or at least not anyone who would be a good “fit” for them.

Beautiful Hands,

- Maybe they just picked bad men. Sometimes it's best to be single if we like :)

Puteri Gunung Ledang The Musical Theater

Gusti Puteri Retno Dumilah @ PGL

Hang Tuah - The Closing

PGLM and Rani :)

I went to watch PGLM (3rd Season) on 14th February with my friends, K.Ron and her brother Shukri. The show started at 3pm and we were seated at third row. And this was a last time Tiara's performance in PGLM. The
curtains opened to the breathtaking sight of a transparent screen and dancers in traditional Indonesian garb poised gracefully on top.
The opening was totally good at all as the audience really enojoyed very much! What really takes PGLM above so many other local musicals is the depth of the characters. The only bone I had to pick was that the initial romance between Gusti Putri and Hang Tuah seemed a little unconvincing. I would have liked to see more of what exactly made the
pair fall so madly in love. By the second act, however, their passion and intensity appears in full force.
What can I say is the third season of PGLM is played out in all its glory.

Beautiful Hands,
- Two thums up for PGLM !

Go Hell With Saudi Arabia Leaders!

I'm not a racist but I swear I hate "leaders' of Saudi Arabia. Please do not get me wrong. I feel sad when I open TV and read anything about Palestine - Israel Conflict. Yeah..Saudi Arabia is an Arab country and the largest country of the Arabian Peninsula and they are rich because they are world's leading petroleum exporter. But, they don't know how to use 'the richness' to help Palestinians. Their leaders spend most of their times built up the tallest building to attract sluts and Hollywood babes visit their country!. I think they really don't care about their races in Palestine and Iraq. But we do care about Palestine and Iraq people coz we have pride and we are rich with values and norms. We are not ARABIAN but we are more intelligent and good in everything we do coz we are MALAYSIAN!

Beautiful Hands,
- I'm sorry I can't tolerate with Arabian people. They make me feel 'disgusting' when they come here and play like their home and act like snobbish!

BERNAMA TV in trouble!

BERNAMA TV DAH TIMPA PENYAKIT MASALAH TEKNIKAL

Kira-kira 10 bulan ke udara, Bernama Tv (kini di saluran 502 Astro) dah mula dijangkiti penyakit "gangguan dan masalah teknikal" sejak beberapa hari lalu. Apa masalahnya?

In Search of Mr. Right?

Does Mr. Right exist? Is he out there somewhere? Will I find him?

Mr. Right is a key subject for many women + girls and an inspiration of hope on a daily basis..haha... Yes he may well exist, yes he is probably out there and yes you WILL find him! Of course in all our lives we have goals, aims, ambitions and desires of small and large things. It is what makes us human.

Well now, are you willing to go out and get your Mr. Right or are you waiting for him to come to you? Most of my friends tell me they are waiting for Mr. Right. The word "waiting" concerns me. By waiting it means men come to you by chance, perhaps by design and you tick off their assets, your check them out and then cast off anyone who doesn't match your list. haha...

Maybe you do, but remember this my friends, Mr. Right is looking for his Miss Right? How much work have you put into being Miss Right or should he accept you as you are and fit in around you? If he did slot in to your life would he really be Mr. Right?

Don't play the waiting game because you do not want to spend the rest of your life knowing your Mr. Perfect is married to someone else when he could have been yours.

Beautiful Hands,
- Just be 'perfect to yourself' first..

Christian the Lion

I just finished watching "Christian the Lion" on YOUTUBE. It was such great story and heart-touching. According to John Randell his owner,Christian the lion, had a very good sense of humor. He would see people staring at him through the window, just when they were convinced he was a stuffed toy, he would slowly turn his head and freak them out!! haha..

May God bless those guys & of course that beautiful big cat!!!! I do not trust anyone who does not like/love animals!! I believe that God smiles upon those who love & care for all these beautiful critters! This animal is so in love - just validates that love is the most powerful force in the universe

Beautiful Hands,
- He speaks like a man!

Love, Rosie

Rosie and Alex are destined for one another, and everyone but them seems to realize it. Rosie's best friend since childhood, Alex never did live down the fact that he didn't invite her to his all-boys 10th birthday party. But that wasn't a mistake he'd repeat, and they had been inseparable after that ..until the day Alex got the news that his family was moving to Boston. At seventeen, Rosie and Alex are starting to see each other differently, and the move separates them just when their relationship seems as if it will finally turn romantic. Devastated, the two make plans for Rosie to apply to colleges in the U.S. Rosie gets into Boston University, Alex gets into Harvard, and everything is falling into place, when on the eve of her departure, Rosie gets news that will change their lives forever: Rosie is pregnant. And the father is not Alex. Her dreams for college, Alex, and a glamorous career are dashed against harsh reality, and Rosie stays in Dublin to become a single mother, while Alex pursues a medical career. As the years pass, the two continue to interact, but can't seem to find each other at the right time. But destiny is a funny thing, and in this novel, structured as a series of clever e-mails, letters, notes, and a trail of missed opportunities, Alex and Rosie will find out that fate isn't done with them yet.

I finished reading this book yesterday. It was such a beautiful 'friendship' story but I felt sad because Alex and Rosie 'expressed' their feelings when they were 50 years old..It took a long time for them to be 'a perfect' lover (finally)..hehe...When I went to Kinokuniya Bookstore at KLCC to buy some good books..I have browsed some other interesting books like eat, pray, love by Elizabeth Gilbert, If you could see me (also by Cecilia Ahern), and etc., but my heart didn't want let it go..(I mean this lovely (Love, Rosie) book). And I have made a good decision. :) I quite enjoyed with the story development. The author developed the story with her own style (letters, email, instant messaging, cards). You'll find there is no scripts/dialogues in this book. It's clean!..haha Well, guys please read this book! :) (especially to Aney)

Beautiful Hands,
- I want it real!
