I went to watch PGLM (3rd Season) on 14th February with my friends, K.Ron and her brother Shukri. The show started at 3pm and we were seated at third row. And this was a last time Tiara's performance in PGLM. The
curtains opened to the breathtaking sight of a transparent screen and dancers in traditional Indonesian garb poised gracefully on top. The opening was totally good at all as the audience really enojoyed very much! What really takes PGLM above so many other local musicals is the depth of the characters. The only bone I had to pick was that the initial romance between Gusti Putri and Hang Tuah seemed a little unconvincing. I would have liked to see more of what exactly made the
pair fall so madly in love. By the second act, however, their passion and intensity appears in full force. What can I say is the third season of PGLM is played out in all its glory.
